Heavy fragrance triggered immediate allergic reaction

The smell of this lotion is SO intense - more powerful than ever normal highly fragranced cream (this puts Lush, Bath and Bodyworks and The Body Shop to shame), and the most powerful I've ever come across for a face cream. It smells like a full bag of gummy bears! I honestly should have put this dow...n there and then, but curiosity killed the cat (my skin). I loved the texture, how it spread and was gel like and made the skin super dewy and plump. But I could only enjoy that for 10-15 seconds before my eyes started burning and my face got hot and itchy. As a last ditch attempt I used my Tower 28 skin rescue spray and a Laneige cica sleep mask to verify it was not just my skin needing some extra tlc but actually having an allergic reaction. So I immediately had to deep cleanse my entire face and neck with a handy Peach and Lily cleanser sample I had on my sink and put my recovery skin care on instead of my regular routine I had just done before putting this cream on. Unfortunately I learnt the hard way that I am part of the population that is highly intolerant to natural fragrance (I had an identical reaction to a Pacifica sunscreen spray that has only "natural/clean essential oil" ingredients and fragrance or/ and to skin contact with birch sap (as a precaution I will simply assume I am allergic to keep my skin safe until I can get medically tested). So this lotion is definitely not sensitive, reactive skin friendly as I'm sure the natural fragrance components of this lotion will be something that causes a reaction for those who already know they can't tolerate fragranced products - but since this product is not in any way advertised as being heavily fragranced (and yes, "natural" counts), I have to put this warning out there to hopefully help someone out there from causing an acute skin reaction by using this like I have. This is actually the 2nd COSRX product I've tried within 2 months that my skin immediately hated and had strong physical reaction to (my body and face broke out immediately after using the snail mucin cleanser, but that actually had "fragrance" as an ingredient). So I think I'm going to just stick to my tried and true few products the brand offers and not touch anything else ever again as I can't be risking these assaults to my poor skin after working so hard to clear my acne and painful redness for over 7 years.
