Remove the cap, and pump the wash into clean hands. Apply to your vulva area including inside the labia majora and labia minora, and around the vaginal opening. Also, apply to the anal area for extra cleansing. Let the foaming wash sit on the vulva area for 3-5 minutes and rinse with warm water.

I've struggled with yeast infections since childhood, BV off and on for a couple years and this wash ended all of that for me. I thought that was just a struggle I would always have - meds, probiotics, boric acid inserts... tried everything. I've been using this was for 3 years now and haven't had a single yeast infection or BV flare up since. Even taking antibiotics - nothing. I swear by it now and will never let another product near my nether regions. I've made it a stocking stuffer for girlfriends - it's truly been a wonderful product for me. My onlyyyy complaint is the physical pump itself - some bottles I have issues with the pump not working, so when I get a bottle with a good pump I hang on to the pump incase my next pump goes bad. Would love to see refills sold at some point to reduce plastic waste - but other than that 100/10, can't recommend enough.

The normal wash really doesn't have much of a scent at all. I am very sensitive to perfumes, and harsh (think bar soap) cleansers that dry your skin out. This has been delightful, even when I use it twice a day due to sweaty workouts!
