This is such a great conditioner. If you're looking for a little more volume, but still want soft and manageable hair, look no more. The Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance conditioner does not weigh my hair down while still providing that detangling slip that I love about hair conditioners. When my hair is dry I got another surprise by seeing a nice healthy shine. Another plus, it's got a great scent. It has hints of citrus plus what I call "green", meaning trees and foliage. I love it. Pair this conditioner with Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance shampoo and you've got a great combo for guaranteed healthy hair. I received this product as part of an educational promotion.
Healthier Hair!
I used this in conjunction with the Olaplex shampoo for Fine Hair. I had used the original Olaplex shampoo and conditioner in the past. This conditioner is much lighter than the original; it is still a rich texture, but is more gel-like. I feel like it applies easier, as well as rinses easier than the original. My hair does not feel weighed down with use, but is light and soft. A little goes a long way, so you don't go through the bottle as quickly as you would think - so even though it is expensive , it does last a long time. And besides, the effects of the are worth it! My hair had been bleached multiple times over the years, but I've been growing my hair out; and while magically I don't have split ends, the ends are much drier and straw-like compared to the new growth higher up. I hadn't been using olaplex original shampoo and conditioner for a while as I was trying something new , but after just one use of these products, I noticed that my hair is softer and smoother and feels more hydrated. It also has a nice shine to it without appearing greasy. It noticeably has more volume to it as well after just one use. And after multiple uses, I've noticed a decrease in shedding , so I'm assuming my hair is also stronger with less breakage. In a short time of use, my hair already appears overall healthier. I'm definitely going to bring Olaplex back into my routine with these products for fine hair! I received this as a part of an educational promotion.
