Ya know formaldehyde furniture/sawdust smell?Literally that!
I wish I could say otherwise and that I could write a fantastic review about it but after you first detect the vanilla peppery scent then what you are immediately left with is this overwhelming scent of formaldehyde furniture around you and/or a sawdust smell or something along those lines lingering...

Honestly the perfume isn't as bad as the reviews say.
I bought it based on others saying it smells like root beer/vanilla coke and it definitely smells like it but my only issue is that the ginger overpowers much of the other notes.I ended up layering in with lotion so it tones down the ginger.
Already gone through 2 bottles
Im not lying when i tell you i have gone through 2 bottles and THREE travel sprays!! I honestly use this as an everyday body oil. The smell is the most perfect vanilla scent with slight spice. Absolutely perfect for layering with honestly anything. I see a lot of negative reviews and truly do not understand why.
Smells great
I was very hesitant to blind buy this perfume initially because I despise patchouli, absolutely cannot stand it. However, the other notes spoke to me and I was intrigued. I decided it can't hurt to purchase a travel size and give it a whirl. When I first sprayed it, I immediately regretted my decision, but waited to see how it developed. I'm so happy I did. The end result (on me at least) is a sweet, slightly powdery scent with a hint of spice and the supporting hero, sandalwood. Giving it a good shake is key to mix up all of the magic. The longevity is is decent, not 8 hours on me as the listing suggests, more like 4-6, but I admit I may go noseblind and everyone is different. I'll continue to purchase this fragrance because I really enjoy it and it pairs nicely with many lotions and oils I already own. I would suggest trying this to anyone who typically doesn't care for patchouli because it is surprisingly beautiful.

when i first smelled it in the store on a fragrance strip i wasnt the biggest fan. when i bought it as a gift for my mama, it smelled smelled amazing on. initially its very gingery but once it dries down it has the most unique musky spicy vanilla scent that makes a great base for layering!! i use every day all over after a shower for the glowiest hydrating skin with a scent that lasts for 2 days.
