Begin with dry detangled hair. Divide hair at the temples and secure the top half out of the way. Then divide the bottom half into 1-2'' sections to begin styling. Hold the wand over your head with the tip pointing downward and wrap a section of hair around the barrel. Finish with the end of the section against the barrel tip. Hold for a few seconds then slide the wand out to release the wave.

Be Extremely Careful
I purchased this curling wand for my sister for christmas. It does an okay job on curling your hair. I borrowed my sisters curling wand because mine broke. Her curling wand the heat wasnt even. It ended up severely burning my hand. I spent a friday night in emergency being treated for severe burns....

Does Not Hold Curls
I liked the size of this wand and the look of the curl but unfortunately it doesnt hold. In less than an hour the curls are gone.

It curls ok BUT the biggest con is the clamp is a but tight on my hair so when i undo the curl it doesnt glide off my hair the way curling iron should.

I love this wand! It heats up fast and I can do my whole head (of thick hair!) in about 25 minutes. The cool tip protects my fingers from heat and the lightweight wand isn't too heavy! Thank you BaBylissPRO!
I would never purchase this item again.
The stand is so short, that the tip of the barrel (hot end) hits your countertop. This seems super dangerous to me. I used it twice and plan on returning it today for peace of mind.
Be Extremely Careful

It ended up severely burning my hand. I spent a friday night in emergency being treated for severe burns. 2 weeks later and my hand is still in rough shape. Currently waiting to see if it will heal enough on its own if i'll require skin grafts at the burn clinic. If you buy this product buy a heat glove but i recommend just buying a brand that comes with the heat glove. In the 5 times the curling wand has been used it has twice resulted in burns and scars or potential scares. Both my sister and i have been curling our hair for years and never once has it resulted in a trip to the hospital except with this specific curling wand
