Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

this made me break out a lot over time. i thought it was just something else but noticed that the more i used this cream, the more i'd break out and honestly i ran out of blemish patches because of this lol so yeah i won't be buying again and will probably return it too.
BETTER THAN DRUNK ELPAHANT
Girl like you read the title... WAYYY better than that super duper popular (and overpriced) bran Drunk Elpahant. I have a mix of oily and dry skin (ngl kinda depends on the day) and this moisturerizer works for both! It lasts a long time and is very lightweight so I don't feel like I have a very heavy product on my face. I use this with a cleanser, mist then finally this and I feel all ready to go. Also has stopped my very painful pimples on my chin. I highly recommend this product for your skin and I think it is especially good for younger skin due to how lightweight it is. Give it a try!♡♡

Nice light weight moisturizer
This is such a good moisturizer especially for the price. Its light weight, has no smell, and really sits well into the skin. And one pump does it for the whole face. It really keeps your skin hydrated.

i love byoma products and i have sensitive combo skin. this moisturizer works fine but i think its a bit too light so i switched to the moisturizing rich cream instead. maybe this product works okay in the summer time but isnt best for my skin year round.
