Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

Sadly disappointed
I wanted to like this product because the price point and amount of people recommending it, but this moisturer caused so many breakouts
love it!
I got a tiny sample a while ago and used it when I ran out of another niacinamide product and it seemed good so I bought a full size and it works great! My skin is slightly sensitive and I have redness and this helps it calm down and stay moisturized without breaking out or gettign irritated😍
an absolute DREAM
I have predominantly dry combination skin (due to health conditions like PCOS) and lately I've noticed my skin has also been dehydrated. Never in my life have I felt like a moisturizer was the right balance of moisturizing and hydrating since they've always been either so heavy they make my skin oily, or so lightweight that it was like splashing a few drops of water on my face. I just so happened to have a coupon for a free gift so I chose this on a whim. BEST DECISION I've made for my skin in a long time! My face feels glassy -- not oily -- soft, smooth, and properly moisturized. It's not too heavy but it's just the right amount of richness my skin craves. I'm absolutely obsessed with this moisturizer!!
Boyfriend loves it!!
My bf needed a new moisturizer that was within his budget and also would not break him out. He has very sensitive, acne prone skin, and this has been a great fit for him! Packaging is not a problem at all to him as his skin is very happy with the results!
It's a no for me
I was excited to try this product because I wanted lotion for my face to keep my face moisturized pretty much throughout the day, but it just ended up breaking out so I stopped using it immediately. I wouldn't recommend.
