I used an ELF primer underneath as my base. I used a brush to blend it out first, then buffed it out with a blending sponge. I will say this is a pretty oily product not great to put oil on oily skin so i would watch out for that. other than that its great coverage.
Doesn't Last
I bought this to lighten under my eyes, and dark spots. The color is suffice for under eyes. The problem is, is that the formula is very wet, therefore doesn't last. Not even for a couple hours.

My complexion color is hard to match and this color works great. Love the low price too.
