can I use these polishes with a UV lamp even, though it says you don't have to??

after 4 coats I can still see my nail. horrible. when will I ever learn that Sally hansen sucks and has since the 90s. what a waste of these polishes. fuchsia fever.
Pretty but not lasting
This had a nice shimmer but chipped off like regular polish, there was nothing "gel" like about it. Not impressed.
Not impressed
I was not impressed with this. Color was chalky, and it chipped off just like regular polish. It was nothing like a gel.
Chips in one day
This nail polish chipped on me within 24 hours, more like 12-ish. I don't even do anything to warrant chipping nail polish. I used my Seche Vive gel top coat on them (always use this, and never have nails chip before a couple days wear at least).
