The mighty pimple patches, work very well for me, and because I have many clogged pores on my nose, I thought I should try this. My advice is to make sure that after washing your face, you put on the patch and then do the rest of your skin care. it was interesting for me because I had a pimple and I put the patch over it, and no gunk came out. However, at the spot right next to it that had a clogged pore had a lot of gunk on the patch when I took it off the next night. I have a skin care routine which I didn't have when this worked better for my pimples. I find that this works even better on my pores and I see a lot of gunk come out. It also makes my pores look slightly smaller. Again, just make sure you don't apply any skin care products before using this. I also used to have very much combination skin. my skin has been dry recently and had no acne. I have is the pores with lots of gunk on my nose, so I would recommend to a friend because I think that it works differently on each person and that it could work better possibly on somebody with a lot of pimples.
