I actually love this...
I actually love this product, however, the amount indicated doesn't seem to match up. I used the product maybe 15 times with a minute amount… extremely small - and it was gone. I broke open the bottle because I assumed the pump no longer worked. I must say I was shocked at the small amount of serum...

False Advertising Not 30ml product Only 15ml
This product works, that isn't the issue. The issue is that the interior bag inside of the bottle holds approximately 0.5 oz. 15ml. I know this because I measured. It is not 1oz of product. It is not 30ml of product. It physically impossible based on the capacity of the interior bag. I wish I was a lawyer right now. If someone who is a lawyer wants to sue them for false advertising: sign me up.

I never leave reviews but this stuff is amazing
I've been using it for about 6 months and it has been the only product to improve my hormonal acne. It also lessened the fine lines on my forehead and eye area! I was genuinely considering fillers but I don't think I need them anymore.

I was using the SkinMedica .25% which has a similar creamy texture to the Kiehl's. No matter how slowly I ramped up with it I still got scaly skin. I've used the Kiehl's every other day for two weeks and so far so good. I use a moisturizer on top of it at night. The Kiehl's slow release retinal seems to be working. Very pleased so far.

Have been using product for less than one month so we will see if I get the results I'm looking for. So far I have been happy with the product. Does not irritate my skin and plan to continue to use it to help with fine lines and my deeper forehead lines.
