Item not listed properly in their system
I purchased the Birchwood Breeze scent as a gift for my husband. I have a screenshot verifying the scent choice, as well as my e-mailed receipt. I received the Fresh Falls scent, and customer service stated that on their end it showed that I had ordered Fresh Falls, so there was nothing they could do. I sent the screenshot of my order but was not sent the proper product, and was told to exchange it in store. I am not able to go to a physical Ulta store, and my husband does not like the Fresh Falls scent. Perhaps it's an SKU mixup in their system, but the products ordered do not align with what is shipped for this.
