This works perfect for eye makeup. Its easy to use. Its easy to wipe off. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Does not have a scent. A little goes a long way.
Best Balm Remover
I originallt loved blam makeup remover for my waterproof mascara, but the ither brand I was using was expensive. I stumbled upon the Ulta version and am OBSESSED. It has an amazing almound scent and leaves my face squeaky clean. My other brand used to leave my eyes blurry, but this one does not. I always keep this stocked in my house now!
