Shake well before use.
With light pressure, use the felt tip applicator to create sharp, precise lines. With more pressure, use the flat side of the applicator to create bolder, thicker lines.
PRO TIPS:
When not in use, always keep the cap on tightly and the component standing upright (tip facing down) so product is always ready to apply.
To ensure a precise application every time, wipe off the brush tip with a damp tissue to clean the brush between uses.
For a winged liner look, begin by drawing the tail end, creating a line that extends from the lash line outward. Then, draw a straight line starting at the tail end toward the center of the lid. Fill in the outline. Finish by extending the liner from the center of the lid toward the inner corner.
Can be used on the face and body to create detailed line work.

Perfect!
I had all but given up on liquid eyeliner because I have trouble applying it. But the brush on this is nice and small and it goes on so smoothly. The color is lovely too. My new favorite eyeliner!
Not what I thought
Bought this and realized it's a dip the brush tip eyeliner. I like more of a pen style. Just personal preference. Had to return.

Love it. Great formula, easily blend able, non comedogenic, beautiful colors, and great performance overall.

The blue is beautiful rich and pigmented but i cannot stand the felt applicator. The formula is also a little too matte for me, a little drying. But the perfect color and staying power make the cons worth it
With the right products its a 10/10
Like any other cosmetic, unless you use the correct steps it will either make it or break it. I use the elf power grip primer first, then I apply the eye liner (which for beginners, the applicator is a bit more difficult to use but with practice it becomes one of the best eyeliners) after applied j spray Urban Decays all nighter regular setting spray and that eyeliner does not move. Its opaque enough for only a "one time pass" and you're good. It can definitely make sharp lines with the right amount of product on the applicator, good pressure and precision. It also doesn't dry quickly but it doesn't droop down.
