I bought a jar of the clay mask and opened it about 8 months ago. There is an orange residue building on the surface of the clay. Is this normal or should I discard?
- Asked by question
- Official Answer By Provence Beauty - Brand EngageThank you for reaching out! We typically recommend product discard after one year once it is opened, so this is uncommon. That said, we would like to send you a replacement mask and can send you a label to send the product back to us and we can resolve the issue. Merci! Was this answer helpful to you

Goodbye oil clogged pores!!!
I don't think there is a woman and probably half the men on earth that doesn't have memories of using a green clay based face mask during our youth! I've been in the beauty industry since 16 years old and I remember the old school green clay masks, typically by Queen Helene (mint julepe) or Freeman....

Product caused a chemical reaction
Top notes: Did not perform compared to others when using to clear blackheads or just a general pore cleanse. Noticed no improvement of skin afterwards or over time. After a few uses with no reaction, I had severe chemical reaction to this product which left my skin blistering red for most of the day...

Really nice clarifying mask
This is a very nice, minimally drying clay mask that's good for people with sensitive skin, imo. I had no irritation, and my skin did not feel stripped, just tightened and decongested. I would definitely buy this again.
Great for Dry/Sensitive Skin
Used as directed, no irritation, no breakouts, and skin was glowy and clean after use! Will definitely be adding to my weekly routine. Easy to apply.
fantastic for a skin detox
I love this mask! I have pretty sensitive skin that is very acne prone and this skin didn't give me any negative reactions. It helped clear out my skin and made my skin feel so good and soft after using it. It was very gentle on my skin and the mask felt nice. I love the packaging as well.

I have try this product … its so good !!! Good for every skin type .. i have dry skin and it works so good on my face . After using it my skin start glowing .. 😍
Might be irritating for some
I wore this mask for 10 minutes, it was hard to wash off and my face was bright red for an hour after application. I think something was irritating to me, so I would proceed with caution if you are interested.
