Can it cause acne
Asked by Emi
Official Answer By MEDIHEAL - Brand Engage
Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out! The Mediheal Madecassoside Blemish Pad is formulated to help calm and soothe the skin. However, as every skin type reacts differently, we recommend doing a patch test before use and discontinuing if irritation occurs. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask — we're always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Does this get rid of post-acne scars/redness?
Asked by Customer
Official Answer By MEDIHEAL - Brand Engage
Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out! The MEDIHEAL Madecassoside Blemish Pad is formulated to help calm redness and support clearer, more even-toned skin. Many users notice improvement in redness and dark spots with consistent use. However, please note that it may not completely remove deeper acne scars or indentations, as those typically require professional treatments. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask — we're always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Is this good for oily skin?
Asked by andrea
Official Answer By MEDIHEAL - Brand Engage
Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out! The Mediheal Madecassoside Blemish Pad is a great option for oily skin. It’s designed to calm irritation, smooth skin texture, and help reduce blemishes—without stripping away moisture. Key ingredients like niacinamide help brighten and balance oil, while madecassoside soothes and supports hydration. Together, they keep oily and acne-prone skin feeling refreshed, calm, and healthy. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask—we’re always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Would this be considered exfoliating?
Asked by Liz
Official Answer By MEDIHEAL - Brand Engage
Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out! The Mediheal Madecassoside Blemish Pads are not considered exfoliating pads. Instead, they’re formulated to soothe and calm sensitive or blemish-prone skin with ingredients like madecassoside, centella asiatica, and tea tree extract. They focus more on reducing redness and irritation rather than exfoliating or resurfacing the skin. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask—we’re always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Does this company have any ways to refill the pads as opposed to rebuying the whole bulky container?
Asked by Gazelle
Official Answer By MEDIHEAL - Brand Engage
Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out! While we don’t currently offer refill pads on our site, they are available on Amazon if you’d prefer not to repurchase the full container! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask—we’re always happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

Caused breakouts on my chin and forehead. Don't recommend for people with acne prone skin. Also had strong fragrance.

Not really that great a product

From OR

I got this as a less expensive substitute for the Peter Thomas Roth version and I wish I hadn't. They seem to be working but they stink like tea tree oil. I hate smelling like that when I go to bed. There are so many great natural scents out there that there is no reason cosmetics should stink.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

smoothens skin

By audi

From arizona

i went from not using any toners to this so i don't have insight on how this compares to other toners, but i did see a difference in my skin! it felt softer, but also really smothened out my skin texture. i had a lot of small bumps that went away after using this for a week everyday. it's cooling, moisturizing, and can even be used as a mask.

I was hoping a korea skincare would help but it made my acne much worse and it was a waste of money.
