I like that it's very light and fragrance free. It goes on smoothly however it's very runny. Like water. It absorbs quickly and it leaves the skin feeling soft. It looks okay under makeup. I didn't notice any big changes with my skin and it didn't help my perioral dermatitis.
FUNGAL ACNE FLARE UP!!!
I'd like to start with saying that I have one of the most resilient skin types out there. Even my skin specialist and aestheticians say how "tough" my skin is, in that it can take strong treatments with ease, from strong chemical peels to hydrafacials, just name it. Now DESPITE this, this product, the so-called "holy grail", caused a monstrous bout of fungal acne - the itching and non-stop irritation was UNREAL. It wreaked havoc on my skin for MONTHS and I couldn't figure out what was wrong because I would've NEVER guessed that this "calming" product was the culprit. I actually even went extra dose on it, thinking it would "calm" my skin down. Nope! New cystic acne every other day, in addition to the flareup of fungal acne!! Mind you, I've had clear skin for over a decade now. And guess what? The cystic acne flareups stopped the DAY i stopped using centella. Now I'm just treating my fungal acne and deep scarring from cystic acne, and I have no idea how long that will take because I've never in my life had fungal acne. My skin texture is completely damaged. This product and this company needs to be sued because unlike the glowing fake reviews here, Reddit is TALKING. Be WARY, BUYERS!!!
