Beautiful service, too

I placed an order with Jane Iredale for a handful of products this past fall, including for a clear mascara that, at first, I didn't love (I'd intended on using it for a brow gel, but mine are quite coarse and unruly and to that extent, untamable). The company was kind enough to refund me, and told ...me I could keep the product, which, coincidentally, I gave another shot toward once penciled in, and found it created quite a nice effect. I reached back out and offered to pay, and was told to simply enjoy it. While I appreciated that generosity, I felt compelled to make a purchase, as I really love what this company stands for. Yolanda, the service agent who assisted me, was fantastic in helping me create an invoice when I inquired about a promotional product; as always, everything arrived beautifully and thoughtfully packed, and with a hand-written note. This mascara, by the way, rocks - I've used everything from L'Oreal and Lancome to Benefit and Dior Show, and despite it being a natural formula, it really wows. Even just a single coat adds impact; I'll sometimes curl and add just a smidge more toward the ends of my fringe. FWIW, I previously purchased this product from a local day spa that eventually stopped carrying makeup. Yes, Iredale products are wonderful; I've used them since 2005, when they were mostly just mineral powders. But, it's the extra-mile service that has me hooked. Thank you!
