This MAC Lipglass Cushion feels great on. Like a hybrid oil-gloss that's buildable without being sticky or tacky. The color in the tube is absolutely gorgeous, but that's where my enthusiasm ended. On the lips, the pigment is so diluted that it provides only the faintest hint of color, and even that disappears within a short time. The moisturizing performance is equally disappointing, offering very little hydration or lasting comfort. If you're looking for noticeable color or nourishing moisture, this product falls short on both counts.
Burned my lips
Wanted to love this, initially did. I tried Mauvement. The color was a perfect fit, the oil hid the dryness in my lips and it seemed to wear just fine. But after several days of wearing it, it caused my lips to burn for hours even after washing it off. Do not buy this especially if you have sensitive skin.
Wanted to love this so bad..
I got Dressed to Dazzle because I love cool toned lip products. The color and feel of the gloss is so beautiful. However the gloss gathers and separates any lipstick worn underneath the second you put it on as a topper and even when it worn on its own. In the pictures and video below I am wearing Folio by Mac and Lamento by Necromancy Cosmetica with Dressed to Dazzle on top. The second it's applied, when I move or purse my lips together, the lipstick and gloss begins to separate and gather. In the other photo I am wearing it alone and it still gathers in the center of my lips. For me, this warrants me to return it.
