Increased fullness in my hair

I'm a senior citizen who has fine hair that was thinning and this shampoo was recommended to me by my stylist. It has really helped the fullness of my hair. I also use the It's a 10 Miracle Blowdry Volumizer in conjunction with the shampoo. They have made all the difference in how I can style my hair.
Dried out hair
I have thin short hair and this product made my hair feel like dry atraw. Made it very staticy. I do live in Santa Fe in the high desert, so that may impact, but definitely did dry out hair.
No difference and terrible ingredients!
I bought this a few months ago and have used it on and off. I follow the directions but always seem to use more than they state to get a good lather and it smells bitter rather than calming or fruity. I notice no difference in my hair and it tends to actually make my hair feel worse, dry and brittle, hard to detangle (my hair is thin and long). I have been cleaning out my beauty collection and making swaps to clean beauty items and when scanning this on the EWG app, it came up as a 0/100. That's the worst score! It has multiple chemicals considered hazardous and for the bad results and high price I give it a ZERO!!!
