Oil balm where?
Was sent this for review! As a dry lip girl, this wasn't the most matte and drying product ever but it wasn't juicy either. Pigment was just okay and I really had to build it to get it to wear I wanted it.

First off, these do not come sealed. The shade didn't match the online swatch, but i tried it, anyway. Between the fragrance & stickiness of this balm.. it's a no go for me. Your mileage may vary, mine is going back asap.
