Hello, thanks for submitting a question. First step would be to size your tips to each finger. Step 2 would be to apply primer to tip, then apply a small amount of adhesive to the tip. Step 3 press onto nail and hold, flash cure 5 secs in LED light to set. Step 4 fully cure all 5 fingers in LED light for 30 secs. Hello! 😊 Thanks for submitting your question. At this moment, our Tip Adhesive formula is not Hema-Free but please check back soon as our lab team is the works of formulating a new Hema-Free Adhesive! 😊 In the mean time we recommend checking out our other Hema-Free products (Cream Gel Palettes, Cosmic Cat-Eye Gels, Chrome Pens, Flash Glitters and the Super Shine Top Coat)! Was this answer helpful to you

This stuff is great! Super easy to use. It cures wonderfully and has a super strong hold. The consistency is thick which is perfect if you have flat nail beds as the full cover gel tips are usually sculpted for more curved nail beds, so it helps to fill in any gaps. I am horrible at doing my nails but they look and feel AMAZING just like I got them done at a salon.
