How To Use

  1. Plug appliance into the correct power source.
  2. Turn the curling iron ON by holding down the power button.
  3. Select the desired temperature by pressing the power button. Digital screen displays iron preset temperature settings (250, 300, 350, 400, 450 F).
  4. As the iron heats up, the temperature light will blink until desired temperature has been reached. Once desired temperature is reached, the light will stop blinking.
  5. To turn curling iron OFF hold down the power button.

Won't stay on

This was delivered on Monday and it was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, it won't stay on. I will turn it on and select my heat temp and let it warm. It will stop blinking and glow thr temp color then once I pick it up it shuts off. I have to return it on EVERYTIME I try to do a curl. So frustra...

The plastic handle broke off of the clamp after about a year. Chi does not offer a replacement part. The curler stopped turning on after about 3 years and no longer works.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Don't waste your money. I used it maybe twice a week and after 8 months it wouldn't turn on anymore. Obviously not due to over usage!

I purchased a CHI - Ulta Beauty - curling wand and the cord came loose. The device sparked and my hair sizzled. Thankfully I reacted fast. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with as they cannot locate record of purchase (in person, through texts and via phone.) Note: The review I originally posted was flagged as inappropriate when I explained the end result. "One or more words were flagged by our profanity/restricted word filter. Please update your review and resubmit with a word that is not profane."

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I'm super loyal to Chi, so I'll be up front about that but I love this curling iron. It gets HOT. The temp settings are perfect. Highly recommend.
