I really like these, because I have a tendency to pull my lashes out and am left with gaps, crazy, I know. But you can put these on under your lashes and wear for days without them falling off or losing the integrity of the curl. The glue is fickle; it's very thick and starts to film over, and then when I tried to stick it to my lashes, they kept sticking to the tweezers. But once you get the hang of it, they are very pretty, and natural looking. I just took them off today, and I tried rubbing the remover over my lid first, that was a mistake, it burned in my eye pretty bad. But then I had the common sense to flush with cold water, for everyone saying they shouldn't be selling this, literally with cold water on a rag it instantly stopped burning. The remover works like magic; I figured out to put it on a q tip and place it only on the glue, not letting it touch my skin or eye, because these are made to glue to the lashes, not your lid. They came off in less than 3 minutes, and no burning.
i got this kit after seeing it becoming popular online and i stupidly didn't check any reviews about removal, only about easy application and how well they last. the application process was super easy aside from how bad the glue burns your eyes. however that was just a temporary stinging that went away fairly quickly so that wasn't too much of a concern. they lasted me for about a week, but within that week the lash clusters slipped a lot and several of them ended up in positions where they were close to falling off but wouldn't, or where they were poking me in the eye because they shifted into my upper waterline. i wasn't able to take these off easily and didn't want to ruin the rest of the lashes, so i spent a lot of time adjusting them and trying not to let my eyes tear up too much while at work/out with friends/etc. the final straw for me though was when i went to an outdoor baby shower and ended up having really irritated, watery eyes from being outside all day. i went home and did eye drops and cleaned my lashes, however my eyes remained irritated due to the lashes that had slipped poking at my eye and my water line. i decided it was time to take them off even thought i didn't get as much wear as i would've liked, and i tried to use the remover that came in the kit (which BURNS). it didn't work. i tried micellar water. it didn't work. i tried straight baby oil. it didn't work. i tried massaging vaseline onto my lashes. that didn't work. i ended up sleeping with vaseline coating my lashes as well as a vaseline covered cotton pads on my eyes, and yet i woke up and all the lashes were stuck on my eyes. i was about ready to cut off my natural lashes. after FOUR days, i finally got all the lashes off. however, i lost a couple sections of my natural lashes in the process and also had to cut a couple in order to get the false lashes off. i contacted Kiss during this process and they told me "just use the remover in the package or any oil based products :)" even though i had told them that i had tried about 4 different methods and nothing worked. i will never buy this product again and strongly suggest that no one else does either.
This was my first time doing individuals on myself. I bought the kit and another set of individuals because I wasn't too satisfied with the style that came in the box alone. They looked really cute once on but the glue gets brittle and crumbs pretty quickly. While the black glue was convenient for my lashes, I would've just preferred clear. I did not use the remover because it burns, just took them out on my own. Cute but I wouldn't do it again.
So I used this adhesive when it was cold and the fumes didn't bug me. I make my own lash fans so I definitely apply more lashes then what comes with the kit (I don't use the kit lashes). Today was a hot day thus it's hot in my house even with the AC on, I did my lashes and the glue wasn't curing since I could smell it for hours. I had a fan blowing directly on my lashes but I could still smell the fumes from the glue and my eyes were burning slightly, which is how I knew it wasn't curing. I started to feel kinda dizzy and my vision went kinda blurry. So much so that I had to remove all the lashes I had just applied. What a bummer. There are way better semi permanent glues out there. Don't waste your money on this.
when I first got the lashes I was really excited I went home immediately tried to put them on I had washed my face cleaned my lashes sat down to put them on didn't crawl my lashes just let them way straight so I could see what they would look like as I was putting them on what they would look like for the next week or two. The glue is very hard to get out of the bottle, it dries very quickly they don't really give you that much glue the glue pockets are very small. The tweezers are amazing the pulley is amazing. But the lash clusters themselves there weren't very many of them. The three days went by and I started to get really irritated red eyes. I tried using eyedrops I tried closing my eyes I tried rinsing them with water I tried buying special eyelash eyedrops for when you have eyelashes on. Nothing really helped me so eventually I tried to take them off they refused to come off so I emailed case and they told me that the remover would take them off so I tried the remover. As I put the remover on my eyelashes it hit my eyelid and I almost broke into tears after realizing how bad that it hurt. After waking up the next morning I noticed that my eyes were swollen shut, I called my doctor and went to see her we did a couple allergy test I wasn't allergic to anything in the glue so moral of the story this glue and remover will ruin your eyelashes and eyes
Everything about this kit is good EXCEPT the glue and the remover. The glue is horrible. It dries fast when you squeeze a drop. It's better to squeeze out of the little bottle that is provided for you. On top of that, it takes more than maybe 3 minutes to dry on top of my lashline. Also, it wouldn't stick underneath my lash line. The glue needs to get better.
