CoverGirl Lash Blast Volume Waterproof Mascara

I will say that this mascara holds a curl pretty well in my opinion, especially if you apply RIGHT after curling. It does not hold a curl perfectly, but it falls very little that most wont notice unless you are picky about lashes. Biggest grievance is that getting length is HARD sometimes. Its very inconsistent. Some days it glides on perfectly with no clumps, and other days its a delicate balance of having to apply multiple layers to get mediocre length while trying not to clump my lashes. Clumping is only really an issue with multiple applications, if you can get away with one application then you can avoid this issue. But unfortunately, most days i need multiple layers for length. Also VERY hard to remove. Waterproof shouldnt mean that it defies makeup remover. I have to scrub hard with micellar water on a cotton pad, which leaves my eye raw and burning, and it takes two pads (both sides) on each eye, which in turn, wastes my other products. Theres some transfer under the eyes too, even with setting spray and letting it dry before closing your eyes. Its not horrid, and its not too big a deal for me since i wear glasses, but it is noticeable otherwise. For the average person, this probably wont be a holy grail. But if you need something mediocrely priced rather than something life changing, go for it.

I got this for my b-day and I was really excited because my old one was really gross. Anyways! So it's really chucky on your eyelash and you can see these little blobs. I try to pick them off but they won't come off.(And don't worry I didn't pick it off with my hands) And it's not very smooth becuase of the blobs of course. But my eyes aren't getting affected by it so I guess it's pretty good. I would buy this as like a backup one, but not your main one or maybe like a traveling one. But overall, I really recommend this product. It does have a few flaws, but if you like some of those, then I really recommend this.

Really wish I could get a refund on this mascara. It's super liquidy going on so it gets everywhere. So much cleanup involved and ends up wiping off all your eyeshadow. Says it's waterproof but smears throughout the day and yet its impossible to take off. I feel like I have to wash my face four times to get this stuff to come off and that still doesn't get all of it. Doesn't even look that good when it's on. Makes your lashes may be a tiny bit longer, but hardly adds any volume.

No mascaras ever work for me, never hold curls for anything because i have super straight lashes. I have to use waterproof mascaras to get anything to hold and this holds forever!! Really hard to get off but waterproof remover is the key.
