After washing and detangling your hair, divide into sections. Section-size dependent on how thick and long your hair is. A brush should not hurt you, ha!
This brush is awful, hurts your head so bad and my hair is not thin… like literally back of my head was sore for awhile after use. It also made my hair frizzy, not sleek. Big mistake purchase for me!

Hair Type Straight Hair
I have very thick hair and am known to break brushes so when I saw this, I thought I would try it out. Unless you want to hurt your scalp, I highly recommend you find something else.
Ripped my hair out
I have thick curly hair and its super healthy. Never had an issue with a brush before, never thought I could dislike a brush. Well… I blow dryed my hair and slept on it and was brushing it out the next morning… this brush ripped through a knot and snapped my hair right off of my head. Never in my life have I had a brush do this.

Maybe I'll go see if there are tutorials on how to use this correctly but I just didn't like it. It has very hard, almost sharp bristles so I avoided the top of my head while blow drying. It did leave my hair smoother and less frizzy than a usual at home blow dry. I really wanted to love it but don't think it will become part of my regular beauty routine.

I've always loved the tangle teezer brushes, these two don't disappoint, they're just as good as the other one I used. I think it's really worth it!!
