The best eyeliner for hooded eyes
I have hooded eyes and this is hands down the best eyeliner that does not transfer to my lids, it dries to a really nice matte, high pigmented, and is affordable. It also lasts a long time and the tip doesn't dry out like others I've tried (Stila and Benefit roller liner both dried out so quick for me) I always go for the brown one. I highly recommend this product.

Love the green color but I will never buy again and in fact I just returned it! I put it on and it immediately started fading and running into my eyes, and I am a cat eye pro! Tried again and I didn't even get to the bus stop (10 mins) and it started running. I was a mess by time got to work and as usual everyone else looked fresh and ready to start work. Looks is most important at my job. People looked at me weird. Is this what L'Oreal is about??? I loved the color and was going to get others.
