Size:
Prior to application, align nails with tab sides facing your cuticles and find correct size for each nail (jot down the # found on the tab on each nail--1 is largest, 11 is smallest--for future use.) When you are in between sizes go smaller, not larger.
Prep:
Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use included cuticle stick to push back any excess skin. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad (the most important step), to clean nails for better adhesion. (You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad.)
Apply:
Peel backing from nail then press it down on your natural nail, in the center and at both sides at the same time. Hold for 30 seconds. (Press on thumbnails last.)
If there is exposed adhesive, brush clear nail polish between your nail and the imPRESS and press down.
Wait at least an hour to wet hands or file nails if desired.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Contains flammable Prep Pad. I purchased them because I liked the design and figured I would use glue if the tabs were a problem. The tabs are amazing! They stick on well and the adhesives flexibility prevent popped off nails. The nails themselves are thinner and a bit more bendy than other Kiss nails but this has not been a problem for me. The color does very slightly begin to chip off the nail after about five days. When too much pressure is applied to the nail (like when removing a stick on label) the nail wiggles a bit which can be uncomfortable if it pushes on the cuticle
