Ordered this originally and received it completely dried out so they did a re-order and it came the very same way. What makes it hard as this is online exclusive so it's not like you can go in the store to exchange it seems like it's just been sitting in a warehouse.

I love this set so much. The undereye balm is so cooling and it makes my undereyes so smooth. The lip oil is NOT sticky and feels better than any other lip oil Ive ever owned!

the lip oil is a true lip oil that will not make your lips sticky or greasy. i love the metal applicator and it feels so relaxing on the lips. the eye balm feels very cooling and smooth. i put both items in my skincare fridge and it definitely boosted the effects of both products!
