Great Palette!

I was thrilled to be selected for the BzzAgent campaign to try the Warm Eyeshadow Palette. Having heard great things about this brand's makeup products, I was eager to see how this palette would perform. First Impressions: The packaging of the Warm Eyeshadow Palette is sleek and stylish. The compac...

Definitely warm, but wish it had more nuance?

I've never tried a Natasha Denona palette but out of all of them, this seemed like it would best suit my complexion (pale warm olive: shade 115 in Rituel de Fille's 3 Drop foundation is nearly my perfect match). I do like some of the warm browns, and that multi-chrome is stunning! I appreciate that...

it's Just Orange

I have a neutral skintone and blue eyes. I love the way peachy shadows can make my blue eyes pop but these shades are just varying degrees of orange. Too many similar medium to dark warm orangey brown shades. Not enough light and trasition shades. Some shades apply very patchy. I've been disappointed in the pallettes from this brand. This is the 3rd one I tried. The shadows are pigmented but can be difficult to blend. Too much glitter. I would prefer a pallette that is only matte and satin. I like some sheen but these are disco ball finishes. I heard a lot of hype regarding this brand but I think I prefer something a bit more understated. I'm also finding some of this glitter stuff is irritating my sensitive eyes.

Not worth it

I was so excited to try her shadows! So much so I bought three palettes! I bought the warm nude, the nude and bloom. I was expecting so much and it's honestly lack luster. The pigment and payoff isn't there and takes way too much effort to apply pigment. I returned all of them. I get more color payoff with competitor products.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

All orange

I love the I need a nude and the glam palettes. This one is all orange colors like some mentioned. The colors look pretty online and the description calls it warm neutrals but to me it's all copper and orange. Even the lightest matte color comes off very orangey so there is no base to use under the glitters unless. The other mattes are even more so. Disappointed since I asked for this for a Christmas gift and I'm not going together the mail return process and wait weeks for a gift card

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Disappointing, powdery mess

This was a miss for ND. The shades are a little repeaty and end up looking the same when blended on the eyes. All the colors are just orange. The new Slip Cream Matte and Metal Gloss formulas are nothing special and the entire palette is just not good. Slip Cream Matte is especially dissapointing. It has neither the pigmentation or blendability of a powder or cream shadow. The mattes are powdery and lack the pigmentation of her other palettes. There's supposed to be a duochrome but it's not giving me duochrome. I took out my Biba palette and the difference between the two is night and day. I wouldn't even put the I Need a Warm palette in the same category as ColourPop. If you already have the Biba palette, don't bother with this one. If you're looking for a neutral palette to create lots of different looks with shadows that are pigmented and blend so easily that anyone can look like a pro MUA, get the Biba palette if you want to pay Natasha Denona prices. Otherwise, just get the ColourPop Precious Metals palette.
