Bushbalm Hydrating Shave Jelly

I received this product as part of an educational program, and I am so glad I did because it introduced me to my new favorite shaving gel! The scent is 10/10 and the feel of the jelly consistency is so nice. It makes my skin very moisturized before and after shaving. It also looks cute in my shower lol. Would purchase with my own money and recommend to my friends!

I'm big on anything that helps me feel clean, confident, and put together and this actually surprised me. I've used a lot of shaving products before, but most either dry my skin out or just feel basic. This one feels different. The texture is smooth and it actually glides, so you're not fighting the razor. It made the whole process feel effortless. What stood out to me most is how my skin felt after. Usually after shaving, my skin feels irritated or tight, but with this, it felt hydrated and calm. Almost like skincare, not just shaving. The aloe and squalane combo definitely does its thing.

First of all, I absolutely love the watermelon scent. It smells so sweet, just like watermelon. I love the jelly consistency too because it's easy enough to spread around without it being too runny that I'm just wasting product. This shave jelly has made the overall self-care shaving experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. The design of the bottle makes it easy to grab in between sessions to refill. Plus, I feel that there is a lot of product in this container versus how much product is actually needed.

So to be completely honest, I don't even use shaving gel because I'm lazy and dont love the formula. But with this, it reminds me of just using soap which is what I normally do anything. It seemed to leave all the areas I shaved nice and smooth! I noticed less grown hairs as well! The smell is subtle but lovely. My only complaint is that the bottle is a squeeze bottle, so when you close it, sometimes it gets crusty, but other than that it's great! I did receive this product in exchange for an honest review.
