Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have been using Innersense hair products for years, mainly because I love how clean the line is. Now that I'm cultivating my waves/curls, it's more obvious whether or not the product is living up to the claims, so I have become more critical. For this price point, the product should be excellent. This hydrating mask treatment is ok. I use it once a month after a clarifying shampoo. My hair is thick and can be on the drier side, but it's healthy--no damage from heat or color. It's mildly moisturizing, which is not enough for a mask. It also causes tangles (which I don't normally get), so I have to use a detangling leave-in afterwards. Again, for this price point, this is unacceptable. I'll use this until it's gone and will not repurchase.

This shampoo and conditioner combo were used and recommend by a new curly hair stylist I went to. After working her magic, my hair looked and felt amazing, so I had to run to Ulta to get it. At first, I felt like it was doing wonders for my hair, It smells good, it made my hair feel soft. You can tell it's super concentrated, unlike cheap drugstore brands. But after a couple of week, my hair looks more and more greasy and oily, and my curls are actually getting limper. I have experimented with different amounts, and just can't seem to get it right. My hair never feels clean and rinsed, and I get quite a few tangles. I feel like I desperately need a clarifying wash! I am so disappointed. I wanted to love this brand.

Smells nice, has a texture kind of like unsoftened butter, but spreads well in hair. I've been using it after the Ouidad Water Works clarifying shampoo (I have hard water). I've used it twice so far and my hair went from dull to healthy and bouncy!

It was good
ive been blowing my 3b-3c hair out for like a week and needed a good hair mask to make my curls bounce back, and this one did good. my hair was shiny and smooth out of the shower with less wet frizz than before i did the blowout. No build up or oily feeling, hair felt clean and very hydrated. It thick so you need to rinse your hair really good and in section to get all of it off.
