I bought this hoping the shade Moonlight of the Glow Drops would be a replacement for my beloved and long lost Becca's liquid illuminator in pearl or the Tom Ford soleil glow drops in winter soleil. For reference, i have extremely fair skin and finding highlighter for my skintone continues to be a s...truggle. So many brands make their "white" shade in a "diamond" formula for some reason. Those previous discontinued products I mentioned were my dream highlighters. This is not even remotely similar. Those products had a white pigment base that somehow was also sheer yet left a white reflective glow that dried down 90% and didn't emphasize texture nor appeared to show visible mica in the formula. This product is very sheer, has a pinkish reflect, has visible bits of mica, and does not dry down—even when you use the tiniest amount possible. I tried using a finger to dab off the teeniest bit and it just felt like adding a light layer of aquaphor, yet it didn't even reflect enough to be worth the uncomfy feel on the skin. Auric Glow Lust continues to be current day raining champ for a gorgeous glow. Below that, rose inc has a cream highlighter in pearl. But I'm still on the hunt for the ideal replacement. These highlighters by Live Tinted feel like something you might have grin and beared in 2018 when all that mattered was looking dewy, but now, we all know that those formulas are annoying, unflattering, difficult to wear with your hair down, can lift foundation, easy to rub off onto friends' clothing, and will likely break you out. I would only recommend if you want something sheer, you don't mind seeing visible bits of mica, you don't mind a bit of stickiness, and you want to support the brand. Because there's no way you're buying this product because this is the best out there.
