Like many other users, I had to request a new pump from the company. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The second pump was just as crappy as the first one. I had to dilute the last 1/3 of the already tiny bottle with water just to use it. I would absolutely buy this again and again and again if they would just change the pump. WHY are you guys willing to miss out on so much business by continuing to use the same pumps? Ugh.
