Absent customer service. I had an issue with my order, sent an email to customer service, but never received a response. I haven't had a chance to use the candles as I was waiting for support on the order and wasn't sure if I needed to exchange them. I'm so disappointed in the brand. I've loved Vacation and their products up until now. I guess it's all great until it isn't.

They each smell amazing and arrived in mint condition. The descriptions are spot on. I wish the scent projection was a little stronger but the candles definitely bring a vibe.
