Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils. Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry. Optional: Apply 2 coats of your preferred ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Apply 1-2 even layers of Lumos Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Expose nails to a light source to activate the glowing effect. Maintain your manicure using ORLY Cuticle Oil 2 times a day.

I am obsessed with the glow in the dark stuff and this nail polish is absolutely beautiful. it has a very nice bright glow once you've been in the day and I do find that it lasts a fairly long time. The glitter is a little bit too chunky for my taste, but still very fun to see throughout the day

Spectacular! Give me 14 of them right now! I hope this isn't seasonal because I need this year round. Buying a bunch just in case. I love the look of 2 coats alone, not as a topper. Looks pretty and sparkly in the daylight, and glowy at night.

So much more than a glow-in-the-dark nail polish! While that is great, the real deal with this polish is the SPARKLE!! This is some serious sparkly polish, it is what I want every other glittery polish to be! It is loaded with sparkle and gets a lot of compliments!! I need to keep this in my rotation.
