Turn head upside down, flip hair forward and put the turban on with the buttons at the back. Tuck all hair into the turban then twist so it is snug around your head. Fell apart after just two months of intermittent use
TLDR: The string frayed and snapped out of nowhere after two months of use- while swapping out with other hair towels. The experience: I finally bought this after a while of it sitting in my "saved for later"- it was cute, and time to replace one of my older hair towels (turbie twist - 10 years old at least) I had three different hair towels I would cycle between. Then one day, I noticed the string... or maybe its better to call it a rope? Frayed. Then snapped after one use following. I didn't struggle to connect it, I have long hair but mid-back long, not wicked long, so there really was no reason for this to have happened. Anyway, its a bummer and a waste of money. I don't want to buy something and have to DIY a solution just two months later when a similar purchase 10+ years ago lasted up to recently. Wouldn't recommend.
Not meant for bigger heads

cute but useless
I thought the design of this hair towel was super cute and the function of the wrap would be perfect. unfortunately this is not an absorbent hair towel. maybe because it's a printed cherry pattern the thickness of the towel has to be less. did not find it to be very absorbent and my hair was remotely dry after using it, I had to use my regular hair towel before styling. disappointed because I love the design. I have the matching shower cap
