This was only a 10 day supply that I received complimentary. I did see that it made my nails stronger and grow faster. It's harder to see the effects on my hair. Kinda disappointed! I've been taking these for over a month, and haven't noticed anything different from my usual vitamins, except for the price and awful taste! I would dread having to take them every day, and was glad when I finally finished them! I think I'll just go back to the vitamins I was taking before.

Take 1 a day and have thicker and fuller hair. Your thinning hair will not be thicker, for extreme thinning hair wait and take before pictures and sometimes it takes a few months to notice results. Be patient I swear on this product from 2005 and they discontinued it for awhile and it is now back and better than ever!
