Hello! I'm 73 with very thick, natural, curly hair. Due to health issues, my once beautiful hair has become dry and very frizzy. My dermatologist prescribed creams that I had to use in my hair for 6 months that have built up to the point that nothing I've tried has helped to remove it. If Redken Hair Cleansing Cream Clarifying Shampoo may be what I need, please recommend how to use it and which Redken products to use in between the Cleansing Shampoo. I love this shampoo
I have used this shampoo for years, and love it! But now the shop I bought it from hasn't had it for awhile. Are you discontinuing this product. What's up with this? I hope not. I have a lot of skin allergies, and this is one shampoo that doesn't break me out

color treated hair issue
My hair has been colored and when I use his product it seems like the color has been removed. The product does not say anything about using on color treated hair.

Only one I will use
It is the only one that will take the yellow out of my silver hair. Leave it on towel dried hair for 10-15-0r 20 minutes--rinse. I tried everything--this is a miracle.

Amazing to clean scalp!
I suffer from seb derm, which includes on my scalp. I never knew thay oroduct buikd up and hard water, could irritate my scalp and causd flareups!! This product saved my scalp! I use it tk get rid of buildup, and then come in with a hydrating cerave shampoo = perfect combo for my seb derm! It does leave hair super dry, but nothing a conditioner wond fix :) pricey, but soooo worth it to keep my scalp from flare up, which have not happened in a whole year!!!

Hair Type Straight Hair
I'm in my 70's and it's the only thing that will take the yellow out of my white hair. Purple shampoos just don't work. I rinse and towel dry my hair and put this all over my hair ( try not to rub it into scalp) and leave it sit for 15 min. Once in a great while I will leave it sit for 30 min. Then rinse it out and shampoo regular with same shampoo and rinse.
