Difficult to pour :/

Okay, I had one issue with this, I don't know if it's maybe because of the way it traveled in the container box or this is how it always is. I only received it yesterday and luckily enough Thursdays are my hair wash nights so I got to test ...it out rather quickly. It was very difficult for me to squeeze the conditioner out. I opened the top, twisted it off completely, and took a peek inside to see what's going on, and the consistency is extremely thick. Not that that bothers me at all! I'm totally fine with thick or thin formulas. But it was very very difficult for me to get it out, that being said, I ended up getting a small utensil to get the product out. It's similar to the shampoo, the consistency looks like a milky color and the scent is a light salon scent. Both of which are things are enjoy. After spending some time getting the product out, I was finally able to use it. I think it's nice, it melts in the hair strands nicely, thanks to all the oils in the ingredient list. My curls like oil, especially in a conditioner. My hair was less frizzy and smooth after using the shampoo and this conditioner together. My only issue is how to get it out of the bottle better. It doesn't dispense out of the bottle at all. In my opinion, I would make this a deep conditioner and put it in a jar. That way you can unscrew the cap and scoop it out with your fingers. Either so that or add some more thinning agents in the ingredient list. It's so hard to get it out of the bottle. And that's the only reason I wouldn't recommend this. People don't want to spend ten minutes trying to get conditioner out of the bottle, they want to easily squeeze the container and get as much product as they need out of it.
