Mist over damp hair in sections. Comb through, ensuring every strand is thoroughly coated from root to tip. Blow-dry in sections to seal in the treatment with heat. Style as usual or apply again and finish with a flat iron for maximum smoothing.

Too harsh
The main ingredient is alcohol and it is way too harsh on my hair. First time I tried it I washed and conditioned with bars. I then let my hair air dry just a bit and sprayed the smoothing spray. You need to open a window when using this product
I like this heat protectant because it's designed to be used on dry hair, but omg the smell is horrible. It's not even that it smells bad as much as its like a dense fog that LINGERS. I hold my breath when I spray it and leave the room for a minute while it clears out. I will not repurchase or recommend for this reason alone. Otherwise it's a good product.
