Definitely detangles, but leaves hair dry
I used to use these products however, I do agree with another commenter that Isopropyl Alcohol and Dimethicone should not be in a conditioner. In my experience, my hair is easily de tangled and soft the day OF the wash. The next day no matter how much product I put in my hair it feels dry. Not on...

Too strongly scented
I thought the shampoo and conditioner set worked well. However, the scent is very strong and long lasting. I was too sensitive to that and returned after a single use. I gave 3 stars, becasue if the prodcut had a better scent I would have loved it.
This product brought my hair back to life.

I work outside in the PNW, and the UV is off the charts. My fine, coarse hair was totally fried and damaged. I was ready to cut it short. This product has softened the texture, strengthened my hair, and is repairing my curls and waves with every use. I LOVE it.

I normally try new shampoos/conditioners every couple weeks. I have super fine thin hair and almost everything weighs it down. I grabbed this on a whim and was shocked at how amazing my hair felt and looked. Will definitely be getting more of this line.

This is THE ONLY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER I CAN, AND WILL USE ON MY HAIR! L❤️VE²! Not to mention the products are affordable and a little goes a long way, esp. W the shampoo! So rich! (And no, im not being paid to say ANY of this..its just facts. No capp.) As i have combination hair texture, and curl type i find that the goddess line works the best for me...in the summer i go for the vanilla its a bit lighter. I also use the coco cream when doing a shower brush through ( Which is the only time you can run a brush or comb through my hair, lol) but yea, Carols Daughters products overall are of VERY good value, esp. At the price point.
Hair loss like crazy
First time i used it, i definitely seen a major difference in my curls of them looking healthy but as i continue to use this shampoo my hair has been falling out like crazy, even with the conditioner that is paired with this shampoo my hair still falls out like crazy. yes i still use it dont know why i do but i really tried to see things through, probably just doesnt work for my hair since it does wonders for everyone elses hair. Just hope your hair isnt like mines cause the hair loss is insane
