I am going to be very honest. I personally have wavy hair (2B) but after two days of not washing it turns to more straight (1C) and this is probably because i put nothing in my hair because i'm lazy but when I use the right products it helps my waves "bunch up" into curls (3A). I got this product as a sample from an ad on IG because I love free stuff tbh. I LOVE this product. As I am typing this, it is 2 days with unwashed hair and my curls are stillllll holding up slightly less than yesterday because I don't wear a bonnet or any protection but I give it 4 stars because the smell is a bit strong and stays in my hands even after I wash for like 10-15 seconds. Its not a bad smell its great but strong and I am not a big strong smell girl. But so far the best curl product I have tried, thank you carol's daughter!!
Don't listen to reviews saying it smells bad lol
I keeo reading reviews that it smelle bad.. it does not! It doesnt smell like ir typical hair product … id say natural scent / maybe a tiny bot earthy.. but its a light scent they doesn't linger.
light hold while nourishing my hair
I dont have curly hair, so im not really the target audience lol but i love carols daughter!!! When im not wearing my hair down, I usually just clip it back or braid it to avoid damage from tight hair ties. This product actually works as a super light hold styling product for me. It feels kinda sticky at first so i used it to hold my baby hairs down or to keep layered hair from sticking out of my braid. My hair feels nourished, moisturized, and not crunchy when i take it out!! which is literally perfect bc I may want to wear it down the next day without having to wash it. I try to go as long as i can get away with without washing lol 1-2 times/week. I also love the packaging and how there's a pump!! I think it'll last me a long time.
