How To: Evenly distribute through clean, damp hair. Leave on for 3-5 minutes (maximum), then rinse. Use as needed when brassy tones are present. Pigments may stain hands. Using gloves is recommended.
First time? Test a few strands of hair prior to applying all over hair.
Preliminary Test: Using a cotton swab, apply product to a 2 by 2 centimeter cleansed area on inner side of forearm. Allow to dry. Leave unwashed and uncovered for 48 hours. If no sign of irritation or redness appears, proceed with application.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review, and I ended up really liking it! It used it instead of my conditioner, and while it didn't feel much like conditioner it did leave my hair manageable and soft. The only problem I have is that it does stain a bit on the skin, if you leave it there too long.

I went to a new hairstylist and she gave me a demi-permanent dark brown with reddish undertones all-over color instead of cool medium brown semi-permanent. This is really helping cool the red undertones. I used it according to the label - damp hair, 5 minutes, and it really didn't do anything. So I applied it to dry hair for 30 minutes and it worked great. Leaves hair very soft and conditioned.
