Amazing product
I have been using this product for a few months now. My skin is so much smoother and most of my cellulite is going away. My waistline has slimed down by 5 inches. You have to use it routinely. I use at night before I go to bed and every other day during the morning too.
Horrible Product and Company
I had a terrible experience with Maëlys. I requested a refund well within their 21-day money-back guarantee after having an allergic reaction, but their customer service delayed responses until the deadline passed and then denied my refund. They finally issued a return label after 10 PM on Memorial Day, when USPS was closed, making it impossible to meet their requirements. I returned the products in good faith but never received my money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB and submitted clear evidence showing I contacted Maëlys multiple times within the refund period. Their response completely disregarded the documentation I provided, which seems to be part of a pattern. After looking into it, I saw that hundreds of other customers have reported similar experiences with delayed responses, poor communication, and difficulty obtaining refunds. I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly caution others to avoid them. Their return policy appears misleading and unfair, and their customer service is dismissive at best.
