I got the Maelys body butter in August after having a baby in July. I didn't realize that when you buy the product, it automatically signs you up for a monthly refill on the product which is ridiculous. I got the Maelys body butter in August after having a baby in July. I didn't realize that when you buy the product, it automatically signs you up for a monthly refill on the product which is ridiculous. I got charged another 55 dollars in September for the product without realizing. I reached out to Maelys customer service about it & they told me that I couldn't get refunded for it because their products ship pretty quickly but that they would cancel my monthly subscription so that I wouldn't get charged again or receive any more products. Come to find out, they didn't actually cancel my subscription and I got charged AGAIN for October for a product that I don't even need. I haven't even opened the 2nd one that I got in September & still have an abundance of product from the first one I originally got. Now customer service doesn't want to get back to me.. all I heard via email AGAIN was that they were sorry to see me go & they would cancel my subscription. Just to log into my account & still be subscribed. Really unprofessional & borderline fraudulent. They clearly do not care at all about their customers & are only looking to put money in their pockets. I get mistakes happen but don't tell your customers multiple times that their subscription will be canceled & then not actually do anything about it & keep charging them.. so disappointing & I'm honestly disgusted. & The only reaosn Im leaving this review on Ulta is because when I try to leave a review on their website, it gets deleted & all you see are the 5 star reviews. Product is okay at best, so not worth the headache.
