Too thick and melty
I was really excited to try the O&J gel nail polish because I really like the regular nail polish. However, the gel nail polish is surprisingly thick and it's hard to get a nice even layer on your nail. Doesn't cure
I purchased this as i see it all over social media. I placed the base coat, cured; applied the polish (several coats as the polish doesnt apply evenly), cured each time and followed by the top coat, cured. Normally following the curing time, the gel is solid. I could not get this to cure. I was able to pull off a the polish in what appeared to be a semi full nail. I will just continue using other gel polish used in the past or OPI infinite shine that doesn't require the need to break out the light.

I've used this base coat twice now and my polish has peeled off in under 48 hours. The first time I purchased a base coat my nails lasted 2-3 weeks.

Since I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago I haven't been able to wear any nail polish that lasts more than a few days...even O&J long lasting polishes. They would last longer on my left hand but not my right. I tried gel polishes with the lamp and still wouldn't stay on. I finally thought I'll give O&J a chance with their gel polishes. As of today, I'm going into my third week of applying the gel and the base and topcoat and it's still going strong. I honestly can't believe it and I'm so happy I found them!
