Would not buy again.
I tried the plumping topcoat and was very disappointed. It chipped the morning after I applied, and continued to chip daily. I didn't find that the topcoat was volumizing at all. I'm only rating it 2 stars because of the shine. Will not buy this again and I will stick to the OPI Infinite Shine P...

Best plumping top coat
I use this on top of my Color Street nail strips. Instead of 7 to 10 days of where, I can get up to three weeks of wear when I apply the OPI plumping topcoat.
NEVER AGAIN
A waste of money! I only got a few uses before the gel became slow moving and extra sticky. I keep all of my bottles in the Makartt 48 Nail Polish Organizer case out of sunlight or heat.
