My new favorite primer! Works well!
First of all, Fully Charged is one of my all time favorite mascaras! It separates like no other, and I like it so much better than Better than Sex mascara. It doesn't clump as much as Too Faced. I got this duo set over Christmas with this primer, and can I say, WOW! It makes such a difference!...

Just okay
To me, this product was just okay. It did what it is supposed to do, but it also didn't make much of a difference to me. My regular mascara works just as well without it. It was just an extra step, that didn't seem extremely necessary. I even waited a couple of minutes to make sure the mascara prime...

Amazing
Exactly what I have been missing. Applied primer before mascara. Went on smoothly. No clumps and added extra length to my lashes. Super cute sleek packaging. Wore all day and no discomfort or itching. Would definitely buy in future and continue to use
Just OK
The formula is drier than I expected it to be. It was a little hard to get all the lashes coated. I liked that it was formulated with Vitamin 5 and sunflower seed oil. I did see a difference in length but not volume. I wouldn't recommend this there are better mascara primers.
It primes great.
I love the wand. Very easy to apply. It holds enough product so you won't have chucks falling out or trying to spread out. It looks a bit white but once it's dried it's almost clear. It's not super sticky or tacky which I like. I liked how it lifted my eyelashes and didn't bring em down. Putting my mascara on was easier n also kept my eyelashes perked up!
Good application
When i first applied it was white on the eyelashes a creamy base and i allowed to dry then i applied regular mascara and i must say my lashes really popped the packaging is nice and sleek
Overall good
The primer applies more lightly than expected and isn't too clumpy. I do not think it helped lengthen my lashes but it probably made them look thicker.
