First of all, Fully Charged is one of my all time favorite mascaras! It separates like no other, and I like it so much better than Better than Sex mascara. It doesn't clump as much as Too Faced. I got this duo set over Christmas with this primer, and can I say, WOW! It makes such a difference!...

To me, this product was just okay. It did what it is supposed to do, but it also didn't make much of a difference to me. My regular mascara works just as well without it. It was just an extra step, that didn't seem extremely necessary. I even waited a couple of minutes to make sure the mascara prime...

Makes my lashes fuller
This primer is fantastic. As I have aged my lashes have become thinner and thinner, with this primer I don't have to worry about thin lashes anymore. I highly recommend this product you won't be disappointed!

The formula is drier than I expected it to be. It was a little hard to get all the lashes coated. I liked that it was formulated with Vitamin 5 and sunflower seed oil. I did see a difference in length but not volume.

Best Mascara Primer I've Ever Used!
I have tried so many different primers, but this one truly nourishes and builds the perfect bases for my lashes at the same time! It prevents clumps and helps a great deal with volume. Most importantly it holds my lashes curl all day long!

This product was amazing!!! I wore mascara to clinical for the first time in awhile, since it usually falls and looks horrible. It helped my lashes stay up and look great even when I got home. I only do 4 stars due to the fact that I have no experience with primers and have nothing to compare it to :))
